His transformative career has seen him play pivotal roles in investment banking, navigate the complexities of loan capital markets, head FP&A for a Fortune 100 company, and impart knowledge as an adjunct professor in Georgetown University's MBA program. 

Don's dynamic journey extends to distinguished service as a Naval Officer and F/A-18 Combat Pilot in the U.S. Navy, complemented by educational achievements including a B.S. in Naval Architecture from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Georgetown University. 

At the helm of W2 Climatech, Samonte strategically leverages his versatile expertise to shape and fulfill the company's vision. With a proven track record of adeptly navigating complex challenges and fostering robust growth, he envisions W2 Climatech as a pioneering force in material science, driving innovation and excellence in the climate tech industry. Kristina, a driving force of W2 Climatech, is a seasoned professional spearheading engagement with the company's external stakeholders. In her multifaceted role, she oversees communications, corporate responsibility, public affairs, and sustainability policy, which is pivotal in shaping W2 Climatech's narrative of environmental innovation.

Kristina's entrepreneurial success is underscored by winning the FedTech NASA Climate Tech Startup Studio award for 'Best Pitch' and garnering various accolades for entrepreneurship. With an impactful career spanning 20 years, she has excelled in advocacy, public affairs, and corporate communications. Her commitment to creating positive change extends beyond the corporate sphere, as Kristina has also served as a local elected official in New Jersey.

Rooted in a foundation laid in the California State Assembly and U.S. House of Representatives, Kristina's academic journey includes earning an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a B.A. in International Studies from George Mason University.
