Don's dynamic journey extends to distinguished service as a Naval Officer and F/A-18 Combat Pilot in the U.S. Navy, complemented by educational achievements including a B.S. in Naval Architecture from the U.S. Naval Academy and an MBA from Georgetown University.

Kristina's entrepreneurial success is underscored by winning the FedTech NASA Climate Tech Startup Studio award for 'Best Pitch' and garnering various accolades for entrepreneurship. With an impactful career spanning 20 years, she has excelled in advocacy, public affairs, and corporate communications. Her commitment to creating positive change extends beyond the corporate sphere, as Kristina has also served as a local elected official in New Jersey.
Rooted in a foundation laid in the California State Assembly and U.S. House of Representatives, Kristina's academic journey includes earning an MBA from the College of William & Mary and a B.A. in International Studies from George Mason University.
